The
online reservation system of Hotel Trianon works as follows:
- You
can make a request for reservation by filling the necessary
fields (*) in the following form and by choosing
the entry "Submit!".
- When
your request for reservation was SUCCESSFUL, you will
get an unique reservation ID
for your request for reservation. Please note this
number on a safe place, in case something went wrong.
It uniquely identifies your current reservation; please
mention this ID in all your further communication by mail
or by telephone. This unique reservation ID has nothing
in common with previous reservations.
- In
case you fill in a valid e-mailaddress,
you will receive an acknowledgment
of receipt via e-mail of your request for reservation.
This is NOT a booking confirmation.
- Your
request for reservation will be processed
by one of our employees and will be confirmed
by phone or by e-mail.
You
can also send a request for reservation via
fax or via
e-mail.
In
case problems occur with e-mailing, you can also use our
web form.
